3 mm Neoprene PU shoe cover
- All the inside seams are taped with Japanese Melco tape
- On the shoe side with velcro tape and reflective loop on top and 20 mm nylon webbing on bottom for closure
- On front toe bottom attached with PVC Leather for reinforcement
- On Bottom with 50mm elestic + velcro tape
- On back with a swatch of soft reflective pad
