Nieuw: garantie registratie
Vanaf het modeljaar 2009 introduceert Prorace een nieuw systeem van garantie registratie voor zijn klanten.
Het doel van het systeem is:
- Afhandeling van garantiegevallen eenvoudiger maken
- Een top klasse klantenondersteuning aanbieden
- Een bewijs van eigendom hebben voor garantiegevallen
- Het serienummer en de bijhorende informatie permanent bewaren zodat deze beschikbaar is voor politie of verzekering in geval van verlies of diefstal.
Hoe?
Vanaf modeljaar 2009 zal elk frame dat Prorace verlaat een serienummer hebben. Dit nummer start met de letters PRA, gevolgd door eennummer. U kan het serienummer terugvinden aan de onderkant van het frame, onder het bracket.

New Warranty registration
With the 2009 model year, Prorace introduces a new warranty registration system for its customers.
The concept is:
- To facilitate the warranty procedure and handling
- To offer first class customer support
- To serve as proof of ownership for any warranty issues
- To provide a permanent record of the serial number that can be given to the police and/or your insurance company in case your bike is ever lost or stolen.
How?
As of model year 2009, each frame leaving Prorace will have a serial number. The number starts with the letters PRA, followed by a number. The sticker can be found at the bottom of the frame, underneath the bottom bracket.
