Prorace Frame Registration New Warranty registration With the 2009 model year, Prorace introduces a new warranty registration system for its customers. The concept is: - To facilitate the warranty procedure and handling - To offer first class customer support - To serve as proof of ownership for any warranty issues - To provide a permanent record of the serial number that can be given to the police and/or your insurance company in case your bike is ever lost or stolen. How? As of model year 2009, each frame leaving Prorace will have a serial number. The number starts with the letters PRA, followed by a number. The sticker can be found at the bottom of the frame, underneath the bottom bracket. |
